Terms of Service

By provisioning resources, authenticating with our APIs, or accessing the Altrixor Systems dashboard at altrixorsystems.online, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to utilize our infrastructure to host, transmit, or process malicious payloads, including but not limited to ransomware, botnet command-and-control (C2) operations, or unsolicited mass mailing (spam). Violation of the AUP results in immediate, irreversible suspension of all associated compute instances.

API Limits and Throttling

Public and authenticated endpoints are subject to dynamic rate limiting to ensure system stability for all tenants. Circumventing rate limits by rotating IP addresses or using botnets is strictly prohibited. Clients requiring higher throughput must upgrade to a dedicated Enterprise tier to increase their IOPS and request caps.

Reverse Engineering

Decompiling, reverse engineering, or attempting to extract the source code of our proprietary routing algorithms, edge-caching logic, or security protocols is strictly forbidden. Security researchers must adhere to our Responsible Disclosure Policy and use our dedicated Bug Bounty endpoints rather than testing production systems.

Service Level Agreements (SLA)

Standard tiers are provided on a best-effort basis. Financial credits for downtime are only applicable to Enterprise customers possessing a signed SLA. Scheduled maintenance windows, announced at least 48 hours in advance, are excluded from downtime calculations.

Termination of Service

Altrixor Systems reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our infrastructure APIs without prior notice if we detect anomalous usage patterns that threaten the stability or security of the node clusters, or upon failure to clear billing accounts within 15 days of invoice generation.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Altrixor Systems is legally registered. Disputes relating to infrastructure contracts will be resolved through binding arbitration.
