This policy details how Altrixor Systems ("we", "our") collects and processes telemetry, operational metadata, and personal data from administrators and developers interacting with altrixorsystems.online.

Data Collection & Telemetry

To ensure system stability, security, and performance, our infrastructure automatically collects:

• Server Logs: IP addresses, user agents, API request timestamps, and HTTP status codes.
• Operational Telemetry: CPU/RAM usage patterns, latency metrics, and error stack traces when interacting with our APIs.
• Account Data: Identity provision details (OAuth tokens, email addresses) for authenticated dashboard access.

Use of Data

We process the aforementioned data strictly for operational integrity:

• Monitoring anomaly detection and preventing DDoS attacks or unauthorized access.
• Debugging infrastructure failures and improving API routing efficiency.
• Fulfilling compliance and audit requirements (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001 logs).

Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

For enterprise clients utilizing our cloud environments to host their own user data, Altrixor Systems acts as a Data Processor. We do not inspect, sell, or mine customer payload data. Processing is strictly governed by the executed Data Processing Agreement complying with GDPR and CCPA.

Data Retention Policies

System logs and network telemetry are retained for 90 days for security auditing purposes, after which they are automatically aggregated and anonymized or hard-deleted from our storage clusters.
